The Scottish Government has committed a £14m funding boost for the renovation of Glasgow's People's Palace and Winter Gardens. Total expenses for the museum scheme now top £50m. The famous site to re-open the Glasgow museum and gardens has been shut for an extended time.
BBC and The Herald stated the venue is expected to stay shut until 2029.
