Arena REIT revealed the entry into voluntary administration following notifications about the situation of the childcare group were received.
Advisory firm KordaMentha was appointed as administrator for Edge Early Learning. Administrators have begun oversee the running and financial health of the childcare provider. Arena REIT No 1 was given formal notice about the proceedings. The entry into administration leaves 70 childcare centres facing an unclear fate while KordaMentha handles the process.
