Junior Caminero closed out Friday night's game by going deep. The ball went over the wall against the Houston Astros. That hit secured a postseason berth for the Tampa Bay Rays. The Rays defeated Atlanta 7-2 earlier in the same week. That game was played on Wednesday, Sept. 9. Caminero also took part in a youth baseball fundraiser hosted by Suncoast Credit Union. The New York Times asked whether he belongs among the all-time greats of the game. The Rays go to their next game. They keep playing.
